Office administrator is one of the key roles in our company. Due to quick growth of our company we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a part time, permanent basis.
The main aim of the role is to look after the day to day company administration functions to help the operation of the company. The role is to continue on building relationships with existing clients ensuring that a high standard of customer care is maintained at all times.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to recognize customer needs and provide the accurate solution
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Willing to learn and develop
- Exceptional IT skills
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- An excellent telephone manner
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
